The Panama Railroad in film:

The Spanish movie Ace of Hearts, known as Juego Sucio en Panamá, was filmed entirely in Panama and released in 1975. The film features a scene where the character Jill is forced onto a railroad crossing while a Panama Railroad train heads toward the crossing in a southbound direction. In the resolution of the scene, the character is thrown from the car and the train passes without a collision.

The location appears to be near the entrance to the old Morgan’s Garden in the Corozal area, alternating with scenes of the train exiting the Miraflores tunnel.
